  Can not praise Basel enough. His customer service, expertise and willingness to go above and beyond is outstanding!
  We were having issues with our alarm system which is more than 20yrs old. Basel identified the issue and fixed it right away. Highly recommended if you're having problems with your alarm system

  Basel was friendly, he came after hours and did a great affordable job. His response time and cost was much better than the bigger more well known companies. We will continue to use him as long as we have an alarm. He was recommended to me and I would recommend him to anyone.

  I called Basel to fix a faulty alarm at my parents house. He was very thorough in explaining the issue with me over the phone and text and sent detailed pictures of the fault. Even though the resolution required some unexpected extra work, he did not charge for the extra time and most importantly stayed until the job was done. I would 100% recommend Alarm doctor for your next alarm job.

  Basel and his team do not fail at being responsive, professional, up-front and available for follow up issues or questions.
  We had installed a full CCTV camera system and internal alarm. Alarm Doctor arrived on time, on budget. They used blankets on the floor, took off shoes, used face masks as requested, were polite and respectful.
  When there were issues with the alarm system software hub many months after install, Basel was quick to reassure that it was a server issue on the Paradox side and notified when it was rectified.
  We invited alarm Doctor again this month is service the system and install more cameras. Again, Basel was easy to email. Service was arranged, they showed up on time and most professional.
  Very happy with the work provided by alarm Doctor. Cannot go wrong as Basel is forthright in quotes and sets expections accordingly.

  Amazing and helpful quick service. We had the power out all morning and the alarm was going off when ever we switched it back on. We contacted the number and spoke to Basel and he was able to guide us in turning it off so we could get on with our morning. He was so helpful and patient, it really helped considering how stressful the morning was. Would 100% be calling back for more alarm support ! Thank you so much Basel
