  I decided to cancel my membership with Snap after what I would deem to be multiple incompetencies.
  
  I joined the gym before they even opened, and their verbal promises were continually broken. I was offered 3 free personal training sessions and they were cancelled every time as they had "accidentally double booked".
  On other occasions where I had paid to see various personal trainers, each personal trainer spoke poorly of the other personal trainers - they were never on the same page, and seemed as though they were fighting against each other for the clients.
  
  The entrances for after hours training are poorly lit and quite unsafe given the area, and the facilities are only average, and equipment is not looked after properly and rarely is returned to it's designated space.
  
  I eventually decided enough was enough and after more than 2 years with Snap I cancelled my membership. I was told I had to pay one more months membership to close my account.
  I sent emails and texts saying I would come in to settle my account when I was next available during their working hours, and they said this was ok and they would put it on hold.
  
  They continued sending me bills with new weekly payments being added on top, even though I had cancelled it. They then sent my bills to a debt collection agency - even though I explicitly stated I would come and settle in cash and they said that was ok and they would wait.
  
  Very unprofessional staff here, and with so much competition in the gym industry now, it's probably best to shop around before coming here.
